How can I find store trading hours?
Store trading hours are kept up-to-date on our Find A Store page, as well as in our Mobile App. We also update our Google listings* frequently to ensure our hours are as accurate as possible.
Please note it will sometimes be necessary to change our store trading hours at short notice.
*Some other search engines and maps, including Bing and Apple Maps, may take longer to update.
How do I access Free Wifi In Store?
When you open your browser on your laptop or mobile device, navigate to your WiFi settings to join Starbucks Free Wifi. The password will be displayed in store, or you can ask a friendly store partner.
When you open a browser you will be prompted to fill in a short survey about your experience in store. Once complete, we’ll ask for your email address.
Why do you ask for my email address when I leave feedback?
This helps us to continue to improve on our customer experience and you may receive a follow up email with more questions about your experience. If you receive one of these emails you will be able to opt out from receiving any further communications of the same type.
You’ll also be entered into the draw to win a Starbucks gift card* just for leaving feedback.
Providing your email is not the same as giving us permission to use your contact details for promotional purposes and your customer details are not stored for any further contact purposes. Email preferences for marketing communications can be managed in the Starbucks Rewards app or by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email from us.
I have some feedback about the quality of my food or beverage in a Starbucks Australia store.
At Starbucks, our policy is to ‘Make It Right in the moment’ – so if you’re not happy with how your beverage or food has been served to you, or it doesn’t live up to expectations, we encourage you to speak to our friendly store partners who can fix it for you on the spot. For drive thru or takeaway customers who can’t get back to the store, you can contact us here. We will ask you some questions about your experience including the time and date of your visit to us, and may ask for a photo, proof of purchase or some other information about your experience.
How can I make a comment about the service I received at a Starbucks Australia location?
We love hearing feedback about the service you received at a Starbucks retail location – whether you found it friendly and helpful, or whether it fell short of your expectations. You can complete a short survey about your experience at Your Starbucks Say. A link to this survey can also be found via the QR codes on your receipt or found in our stores.

Do I get a discount if I use my own cup?
By bringing in a clean personal cup, you qualify for a 50c discount off any handcrafted beverage. You’ll be charged for the closest cup size (but not larger than the size of the personal cup).
Can I get my drink in a mug?
All Starbucks Australia cafes have real ceramic mugs for hot beverages and high-strength reusable cups for cold beverages, as well as crockery and cutlery for food items. Let your barista know that you’re dining in and we’ll serve it up for you.
