Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • This competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Starbucks Australia and their immediate family members.
2. Entry Requirements
   • To enter, participants must like the competition post, comment what they love about summer on the competition post, follow @starbucksau, and tag someone on the competition post.
   • Multiple entries are allowed
3. Competition Period
   • The competition begins on Monday 10th June, 2025  and ends on Sunday 22nd June, 2025 11:59pm. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. Prize
   • The prize is a Mediterranean Medley Merchandise Prize Pack including the entire Mediterranean Medley collection valued at over $200.00AUD. There are up to three (3) prize packs available.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Monday 23rd June, 2025.
   • The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram DM’s. If the winner(s) do not respond within 7 days, a new winner(s) will be selected.
6. Privacy
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
   • The winner’s names may be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Disclaimers
   • This competition is not endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
   • Starbucks Australia reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.
8. General Conditions
   • By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Starbucks Australia which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
