It begins with an understanding of where it's grown. Most of the world’s coffee is grown between the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, in the mountains of Latin America, the wild lands of Africa and Arabia and the idyllic Pacific Islands.  Because each of these regions have different soils, climates and cultivation methods, the coffees they produce vary greatly by taste.
