How much can I purchase a Starbucks Card for?

You can purchase a Starbucks Card for yourself or for a gift from any amount between $5.00 and $500.00.

Where can I use my Starbucks Card?

Your Starbucks Card can currently be used at participating stores in Australia, the US, Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, UK, and Ireland – with more countries coming soon.

How do I check the balance on my Starbucks Card?

Visit the Starbucks Card home page or any Starbucks Australia store. You can also call 1800 140 408.

What should I do if my Starbucks Card is lost or stolen?

Please call 1800 140 408.

Does Starbucks charge a service fee for unused balances on my Starbucks Card?

No.

Can I reuse my Starbucks Card?

Yes, Starbucks Cards are reusable. At any time, you can reload your Starbucks Card with additional cash value.

How do I reload my Starbucks Card?

To reload your Starbucks Card, just visit any Starbucks Australia store.

Can I order multiple Starbucks Cards for employees, clients or customers?

Yes, for orders of 15 cards or more. Please see below for Corporate Sales information.

Corporate Sales Orders

What is the minimum number of Starbucks Cards required to place an order through Corporate Sales?

We accept corporate sales orders of 15 or more cards with a minimum total value of $75. To place an order, please email us at sbuxcard@starbucks.com.au.

Orders under this minimum can be directed to your nearest Starbucks Australia stores. Click here to find your nearest store.

Can I use the Starbucks name or logo in any communications materials?

You are welcome to use the Starbucks Card wordmark and/or image as long as your program does not involve the solicitation of new customers. The Starbucks logo or any other Starbucks proprietary materials may not be used. Please contact us at (02) 8977 8500 for further details.

How much does it cost to ship Starbucks Cards?

All Starbucks Cards are sent via registered post for the safety of your product. Normal postage charges apply.

What are the hours of operation?

Starbucks Corporate Sales orders can be placed Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Orders should be placed by calling (02) 8977 8500. Feel free to send questions or comments to sbuxcard@starbucks.com.au.

What are my payment options?

Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or cheque. Payment is due at the time of order.
