Team Mooloolaba help those in need in their local community at Christmas time

One of our integral team members at Mooloolaba, Veronica is studying social work Uni. Recently Veronica contacted a Lady called Cindy at Sonshine Sanctuary a refuge for victims of Domestic Violence. A couple of our store partners met with Cindy and asked for her thoughts on how we as a team were able to help this Christmas.

Another positive step towards helping our environment
All Starbucks stores in Australia are now using biodegradable cutlery and plates in stores.

In line with our Company values and ongoing initiative to support our environment in a positive way, Starbucks Australia is proud to be making a change to our plastic plates and cutlery. Effective immediately we will be using BioPak’s Bagasse carbon neutral plates made from sugar cane pulp and BioCutlery made using 70% biobased content.
