Our assistant store managers are responsible for
- Assisting the store manager in executing store operations
- Supervising a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality
- Supporting the store manager in implementing company programs
We'd love to hear from people with
- Two years of progressively responsible related experience, including one year of customer service experience
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
Our store managers are responsible for
- Leading a team of store partners to maintain the Starbucks Experience
- Managing the overall operation of the store including supervising and directing the workforce and making staffing decisions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality
- Managing the store’s financial performance, safety and security
We'd love to hear from people with
- Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
